The counsel for surety requests the Court since the surety has filed Cr.Misc: Application before the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur in respect of the order whereby surety was penalized, is fixed before the Honourable Court on 12.08.2026 till then the Court may not issue direction this office for depositing the penalized amount.
