Heard arguments on reply of notice U/S 514 Cr.P.C. Order passed and announced in open Court that surety Abdul Subhan is liable to pay entire amount of surety bond of Rs.200,000/- (Two Lacs Rupees only), which is imposed upon him to pay the same before the Court within the period of one month, as required U/S 514(2) Cr.P.C. In case, he fails to deposit the said amount imposed upon him within the period of one month, then office is directed to issue letter to Accountant District Court Ghotki to encash the surety amount furnished in shape of special saving certificates from the concerned National Saving Centre and to be deposited in the relevant head to the Govt under intimation to this Court To come up on 04.04.2026 for the said period.
