(ii) The Respondent/ mother shall be at absolute liberty to wait outside the residential house of the Applicant for her satisfaction if she wishes to. (iii) For ensuring smooth compliance and to avoid any inconvenience, the Respondent is at liberty to accompany a Court Bailiff in her own car to the residence of the Applicant, should she so desire.(iv) The fee of the Court Bailiff is fixed at Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only), which shall be borne and paid exclusively by the Applicant. (v) The Respondent is strictly directed to comply with the directions contained in this order without any deviation. G & W Application Called. Applicant is present in person and filed deposit slip of interim maintenance amount along with P.R. bond of Rs: 200,000/-. Letter issued to the respondent that pursuant to the orders passed by this Honorable Court on the application U/S 12 of the G&W Act and in condition of earlier conditional directions, the applicant has now complied with the court???s order by depositing the earlier outstanding interim maintenance amount to Rs: 75,000/- in Family Suit No. 142/2024. In view of such compliance, the condition attached to the earlier order stands satisfied and the applicant is now entitled to avail the meeting with the minor at his residence. Accordingly, the respondent is hereby directed to produce the minor /hand it over to bailiff and ensure that the meeting between the minor and the applicant takes place at the residence of the applicant on the scheduled date and time, in presence of the bailiff appointed by the Court.
