Received Criminal Bail Application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicants/accused (1) Abdul Aziz son of Allah Bux (2) Nazeer Ahmed son of Abdul Aziz (3) Abdul Hakeem son of Hakim Khan @ Hakim Ali (4) Siraj Ahmed son of Mehmood (5) Zubair Ahmed son of Muneer Ahmed and (6) Ghulam Hussain son of Muhammad Lakhan alias Muhammad Bux all by caste Lakhan are present along with their counsel. The interim prearrest bail is granted subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:30,000 (thrity thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. The deponent Shahzado son of Gul Muhammad Lakhan r/o village Rais Muhammad Lakhan Taluka and District Ghotki appeared and filed affidavit along with original sale deed No.550 dated 09.2.2023 and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for the above named applicant/accused in the like amount. Order on it. Surety accepted subject to report. The counsel for applicant filed statement with regard to joining the investigation by the accused which is taken on record. The learned ADPP for the State is present and waived the notice. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced. Bail confirmed. |
