Both the accused are called absent without intimation hence they are declared as proclaimed offenders. Case against them be kept on dormant file till their appearance or production before this Court. P.C. be carried out, and for this, reports be called from concerned Mukhtiarkar and SHO regarding existence of movable and immovable properties of said accused so that warrant of attachment of said properties u/s 88 Cr.
