This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ayaz son of Ali Murad Solangi in Crime No.06/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Khan Mekan for offence U/S 506/2,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 07.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
