Case called. Accused UTPs/accused Mansoor and Shoukat are produced in custody from Central Prison, Larkana while accused Ayoub, Fayaz, Sanaullah and Abdul Razzak absconded away and not yet arrested, NBW against them returned unserved with report that accused absconded away to unknown place. Accused Abdul Wahab and Husnain are declared proclaimed offenders. Learned ADPP for the State is present. Mr Suhendar Kumar Counsel for accused Shoukat is present while accused Mansoor has not engaged his counsel. In order to avoid further delay in proceedings the case of present accused, the case of absconding accused is bifurcated from this case. Accused UTPs/accused Mansoor and Shoukat are produced in custody from Central Prison, Larkana while accused Ayoub, Fayaz, Sanaullah and Abdul Razzak are called absent without intimation, though they are shown on interim pre arrest bail and they were appeared on last date vide diary dated 04.9.2026.
