Criminal Case called. Accused Zabeullah Sasolil, Muhammad Aslam and Abdul Aziz are present on bail. While, Abdul Sattar is on court bail but today called absent. Complainant is also called present. Learned advocate for the accused is present. Complainant and accused persons jointly moved application under Section 345 (2) (6) Cr.PC on the ground that they have patched up the matter. Order passed on the application. Notice to learned ADPP. Heard and perused the record. The application under Section 345(2) Cr.P.C. is allowed and accused persons namely Zabeullah Sasoli, Muhammad Aslam and Abdul Aziz are acquitted under Section 345(6) Cr.P.C. Their bail bonds stand cancelled and surety is discharged. Accused Abdul Sattar is on court bail but today called absent, complainant has no objection for acquittal of accused in absentia. Therefore, the accused Abdul Sattar is acquitted in absentia. Order passed separate sheet. The instant case disposed off accordingly. |
