Case called. All the accused persons are absconders hence initially the report u/s 173 R/w 512 Cr.P.C had been forwarded, where after the NBW was issued in which report was submitted by the process server that they were untraceable. Thereafter the proceedings u/s 87 & 88 Cr.P.C were initiated and today again the process server appeared and got himself examine on oath by submitting report that the accused persons are untraceable and there is no immediate prospect of their arrest, he produced relevant memos at Ex. .The report u/s 88 Cr.P.C is also received from Mukhtiarkar Gambat, hence by perusing record and hearing ADPP, this court hereby declares all the absconders as proclaimed offenders. Since, per second schedule of Cr.P.C, the section 324 PPC is exclusively triable by the Court of sessions hence send up for further proceedings u/s 512 Cr.P.C. Office is directed to check R & P and move it forward. Put off to 04.06.2026. |
