Parties and their counsel are present and heard the arguments. Order passed in court. \The Station house officer of Police Station Kh. Ajmair Nagri, Karachi is directed to record statement of applicant/petitioner in his verbatim & if ??cognizable offence is made out from statement of applicant/petitioner then incorporated same in book of FIR and if matter pertains to a non-cognizable offence, then to proceed in accordance with law as provided U/S 155 Cr.P.C. Nevertheless, if it is found that application of the applicant/petitioner is false then S.H.O may proceed against the applicant/petitioner under Section 182 P.P.C. Application is allowed in above terms. |
