Heard the arguemnts both side are present and heard arguments. SHO Concerned is directed maintain the peace within their jurisdiction and provide necessary protection to the applicant/petitioner without prejudicing his life & liberty, in accordance with law. However, it is clarified that this order shall not affect any enquiry, complaint, investigation, suit or trial in which if the applicant/ petitioner is party or would be a party that shall be decided on merit in accordance with law.
