Petition is called, Mr Awais Inam counsel for proposed accused is present and submit vakaltnma for proposed accused. ADPP for state and applicant side are present. Heard the arguments. The SHO Concerned is directed maintain the peace within their jurisdiction and provide necessary protection to the applicant/petitioner without prejudicing his life & liberty, in accordance with law. However, it is clarified that this order shall not affect any enquiry, complaint, investigation, suit or trial in which if the applicant/ petitioner is party or would be a party that shall be decided on merit in accordance with law.
