Criminal Bail Application is called. The learned ADPP for the State, learned DC are present. The complainant Basheer Ahmed appeared on notice. Mr Ghulam Murtaza Samejo advocate filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant which is taken on record. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced. The present applicants-accused through their learned counsel sought post arrest bail in terms of section 497 Cr.P.C, which is hereby granted subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- each and P.R bond in the equivalent amount for legal justification that FIR and 161 Cr.PC statements speak only about present applicants??? alleged mere presence without any overt act on their part, which means that case against them is of further inquiry in terms of section 497(2) Cr.PC and due to submission of final report they are also no more required for investigation purpose and co-accused Abdul Hameed Tart has already been granted pre-arrest bail in Cr.B.A No.2209/2026 by this Court. |
