This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Aijaz Ali Kalhoro advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Nisar Ahmed son of Dhani Bakhsh, 02-Ali Gohar son of Dhani Bakhsh, 03-Sadoro son of Nisar Ahmed, 04-Deedar @ Deedar Ali son of Khan Muhammad, 05-Babul son of Ali Gohar all by caste Junejo in Crime No.22/2026 of PS Warrah for offence U/S 337-Ai,Aii,Fi,114,504,147,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 07.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
