Report was called from Incharge identification branch of honourable Sessions Court Kamber-Shahdadkot at Kamber through CNIC of accused Mushahid who send NADRA details with picture of accused Mushahid which does not match with present person. On enquiry accused Balach stated that Sheeraz is his relative his name is Balach son Akhtiar Jagirani. Separate order passed and announced in open Court. Accused Balach Jagirani is taken into custody and handed over to SHO Kamber.Copy of order sent to SHO Kamber City with directions to Reader of this Court to lodge FIR against the accused Balach Jagirani. Copy of order be sent to learned Additional Sessions Judge-I/MCTC, Kamber for information and necessary action wherefrom bail of accused was confirmed. Case Property already deposited with R.K. :::Issue NBW against the accused Mushahid Jagirani. Put off to 03.12.2025 for service upon accused Mushahid. Present accused are directed to attend and inform the co-accused Sheeraz regarding next date of hearing. |
