Learned counsel for the accused side stated that after the alleged incident of this case the complainant side murdered of accused side persons for which FIR NO.132/2025 was lodged u/s 302, 34 PPC and the complainant/witnesses are trying to lingering the matter to get first order in the FIR of accused side, hence I find no reasonable ground without annexing any proof of threats therefore, the prosecution/complainant are directed to produce the witnesses on next date without fail and office is also directed to issue BW against the complainant/witnesses and in case of non-attendance on next date the Court will issue proper warrant of arrest.
