Cr.B.A No.2322 of 2026 fixed in today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC system is taken up. Applicants/accused present on interim pre-arrest bail granted to them vide order dated 15.10.2026 by this Court. The counsel for applicants/accused and DDPP for the State are present. Perused the record. Applicants/accused have been acquitted from the Sessions case arising out of referred crime. Accordingly, instant pre-arrest bail application under section 498-A Cr.PC having become infructuous and it is hereby dismissed accordingly. Interim pre-arrest bail earlier extended to applicants/accused is hereby recalled. Such order is passed and pronounced in open Court and placed its copy on separate sheet. |
