Mr. Sardar Ali Khan Advocate filed this Misc. Rent Case u/o. 10 (3) of SRPO, 1979, Order passed thereon, Admit, Register, applicant/tenant is allowed to deposit the rent in the court/bank at his own risk without prejudice to the rights of landlord. The order will not benefit to applicant/tenant if any default already committed to him. Further this order will not bind the opponent to accept the rent amount as full rent. Issue intimation notice to the landlord/opponent with cost of applicant/tenant through bailiff, courier as well as registered post A/D. Application stand disposed of accordingly. |
