She lived with him till 15th February 2025 and in the month of March 2025 she went to her parents??? house along with her mother and brother on her own will. The plaintiff negated such claim and stated that he never maintained her rather maltreated her and she came with her mother when he brutally beaten her. Looking in the facts, there appears no chance of compromise. Hence pre-trial proceedings declared as failed. Issues are framed.
