Civil Misc. Application is called. Applicant/ attorney of Decree Holder along with her counsel is present. Ld. DDA is present on behalf of official J.Ds. Matter is fixed today for service upon JDs Nos. 7 to 11 and for hearing on an application for re-opening of the instant execution proceedings. Notices issued to the J.Ds. J. Ds, Tameer, Khawand Bux and Qalbb-Ali are present, while their counsel is called absent. The private JDs No. 7, Wazeer Ahmed, and No. 9, Nabi Bux, are called absent, as they have not been served with notice. Heard the parties and carefully perused the material on record. Order passed on order sheet. The application filed by Mst. Salma Khatoon, attorney of Decree Holder, Maqbool Ahmed, (Exh. 60) seeking re-opening of the instant execution proceedings is hereby allowed, with no order as to costs. Consequently, the earlier order dated 14.04.2026 (Exh. 59), whereby the proceedings of the instant Civil Execution Application No. 06 of 2025 (Re: Maqbool Ahmed versus P.O. Sindh and others) were suspended and matter was kept sine die, is hereby re-called. Accordingly, the instant execution are hereby re-opened and restored to their original position for further proceedings and hearing on the execution application. Let matter be fixed on 27.08.2026 for hearing on instant execution application and for service upon all remaining JDs. Repeat notices upon J.Ds Wazeer Ahmed and Nabi Bux, as before.
