Cr. Misc: Application called. Applicant and his counsel are present. SHO PS A.Section Ghotki, in compliance of directions produced the alleged detainee Meran @ Baby through her husband Shahid Ahmed, he is present in Court. Apparently, she was not feeling well as such Doctor namely Osama Rajput was called from nearest Hospital and he has examined the lady and given first aid then matter was called but on second time again she was shivering and appears that she is under serious threats from either party (Parent or husband) and it is not possible to record her independent statement as such to make possible for her independent statement, the SHO PS A.Section Ghotki, is directed to keep her in safe custody in safe house with all facilities including treatment through lady doctor and SHO is further directed not to allow anybody from either side (parents or husband) to meet with her and he is also directed to accompany lady police constable all the times with directions to produce detainee on 06.02.2026 along with medical report. The administration of safe house is directed to facilitate SHO PS A.Section Ghotki. |
