Succession petition No.23/2026 called. Petitioner alongwith her advocate Mr. Fakir Munwar Ali Sagar is present. Notice returned duly served upon respondents No. 1 & 2. All private respondents No. 1 to 5 are present. Verification reports regarding legal heirs of deceased namely Ghulam Murtaza are received from S.H.O P.S Mithi, Mukhtiarkar Revenue Taluka Mithi, Deputy Director (V & R) NADRA RHO Karachi, and report of Manager Muslim Commercial Bank of Pakistan Mithi branch at Ex-07 to Ex-10. The report of Manager Bank Alfalah Umerkot branch not yet received.
