Family suit called. Both parties and their counsels are present. Dowry articles were handed to the plaintiff by the defendant. At this stage learned counsel for plaintiff filed statement in which he withdrawn from the prayer clause of dowry articles. Counsel for defendant also filed statement for conducting pre-trial.
