Criminal Misc. application u/s 265-K Cr.PC is called, accused Sabz Ali is produced in custody by J/A Shikarpur through video link, accused Ghulam Murtaza @ Murtoo has already been acquitted, while rest of accused have been declared as POs. DDPP for the state is present. Mr. Nazakat Ali Qureshi advocate for accused is present. Arguments heard from both sides on the application u/s 265-K Cr.PC and same application brought on record at Ex.14. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.15 that accused Sabz Ali Bajkani is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. He is produced in custody through video link and remanded back alongwith acquittal intimation, with direction to jail authority to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required to be detained in any other case. |
