This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopang advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Abdul Wahab son of Muhammad Bakhsh by caste Junejo in Crime No.37/2014 of PS Mahi Makool for offence U/S 452,114,337-Ai,337-Fi,337-Fv,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the Court.
