Case Called. Accused Allauddin is present and co accused Abdul Latiff and Bashir are called absent while other three accused namely Shahbaz son of Siddique, Sarfraz @ Faraz son of Hakeem Ali and Hashim Ali son of Haji Hakim Ali are on bail but they have jumped from bail and remained absent on so many dates and their sureties also failed to produce them on each date of hearing. All three absent/absconder accused namely Sarfraz, Hashim and Shahbaz were granted bail by this court in BA No.3356 of 2023 vide order dated 20.7.2023 and for accused Sarfraz @ Faraz his surety namely Mst Asma wife of Hakim Ali appeared and furnished her surety along with her affidavit bearing CNIC No.44203-6723492-2. For absent accused Shahbaz Mst Kousar wife of Muhammad Siddique Khokhar bearing CNIC No.45302-8365743-0 stood surety and furnished her affidavit on 28.9.2023. For absconder accused Hakim, one Rashid Ali son of Hakim ali Bhatti bearing CNIC No.41504-0503919-3 stood surety on 09.4.2025 and filed his affidavit. All three sureties failed to produce all three absconded accused in court. Bail of all three absconder accused cancelled and surety forfeited. Counsel for the accused Bashir file the application for condone. Order passed absence is condone. Order passed Issue NBW of all accused and notice to their sureties and letter to NADRA for block the CNICs of all three sureties till further orders. Case of all present accused is separated from absconder accused. Office for compliance. Case adj. to 08-04-2026 for compliance and further proceeding. |
