Cr.B.A No.2290 of 2026 fixed in today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC System is taken up in open Court. Applicants/accused 1. Nazeer Ahmed and 2. Wajid Ali are present on interim pre-arrest bail. Their counsel and DDPP for the State are present. The counsel for the parties advanced their respective arguments. Heard. Considering the submissions advanced by the counsel for applicants/accused and having been joined the investigation of applicants/accused and have not misused the relief of interim pre-arrest bail, I am inclined to confirm interim pre-arrest bail of applicants/accused earlier extended to them vide order dated 10.10.2026 by this court and it is hereby confirmed on same terms and conditions.
