Cr.B.A No.2289 of 2026 fixed in today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC System is taken up in open Court. Applicants/accused 1. Amjad Ali, 2. Zohaib Ahmed, 3. Safdar Ali, 4. Farooque Ahmed and 5. Hidayatullah are present on interim pre-arrest bail extended to them by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2026. The counsel for applicants/accused and DDPP for the State are present. Heard. The record has been perused. Having been convinced with the contentions of the counsel for applicants/accused with regard to false implication of applicants/accused in the commission of alleged crime, as applicants/accused and complainant belong to same community and complainant has annoyed with applicants/accused so also applicants/accused have joined the investigation and in this regard, the counsel for applicants/accused has placed the receiving copy of interim pre-arrest bail letter bearing signature and seal of the police station concerned, meaning thereby applicants/accused have not misused the relief of interim pre-arrest bail. Considering the aspects of the matter and having been convinced by the contentions of counsel for applicants/accused, I am inclined to confirm interim pre-arrest bail of applicants/accused earlier extended to them on same terms and conditions.
