PW Khalid Hussain is present and recalled reaffirmed at Ex.14.When matter was taken up at 11:00 AM the learned defense counsel was not in attendance through on last date of hearing he got the time fixed. Anyhow case was taken up for evidence, the learned defense counsel Mr. Ameer Hussain Panhwar appeared and stated at bar that his junior namely Lutuf Ali Lashari would cross examine the PW as he had already signed the power. Mr. Lutuf Ali Lashari, advocate, present in court also affirmed that he has signed the power. Anyhow, after few moments of the cross examination, Mr. Ameer Hussain Panwhar learned counsel started cross examination, though his junior was making cross examination. Thus he was asked as to why he had interrupted and examined judicial was perused for seeing as to whether Mr. Lutuf Ali Lashari signed the power or not. Perusal of file affirmes that Mr. Lutuf Ali Lashari did not signed the power for which Mr. Ameer Hussain Panhwar offered his apologe ad submitted his fresh power duly also signed by his junior.
