Family suit called. Plaintiff and her learned counsel are present along with witness Defendant is present and her learned counsel is absent. Matter kept aside on the request of junor counsel for the defendant side and submitted that his senior is busy at Honorable senior civil Court and prayed for keeping aside the case till 1100hours. Matter again called at about 1100hours, on 2nd call defendant counsel is repeatedly called absent without intimation, plaintiff along with counsel and witnesses are present since morning for cross examiontion from defendant side, on previous date case was adjourned on the request of defendant counsel, 3rd call was made at about 1130hours position remained the same, learned counsel for the defendant is called absent, in this situation court is left with no chance to close the right of defendant to cross examine the plaintiff. The side of plaintiff to cross examine the plaintiff is closed, such order on separate sheet Matter adjourned and put off to 15.12.2025. for filling of affidavit in evidence from defendant side |
