Case or Application: Case Heard: No Case Diary: Sessions case No. 227/2015 is taken up in court. Accused Sultan is produced in custody from District Prison and Correctional Facility Shikarpur. Learned Incharge DDPP Mr. Guhram Khan Mirani and learned counsel for accused Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Junejo are present. Complainant Mst. Khushalan is present. In view of EJI approved by Honourable NJMPC and with consent scheduling certificate is issued. Evidence of PW-1 complainant Khushalan is recorded at Eh.29, she produced PS copy of her own CNIC at Exh.29/A. She submitted an application at Exh.30, to which she does not opt to examine PW/eye witness Mst. Guldad. On this score, learned DDPP closed the side of prosecution vide his statement at Exh.31. There is no iota of evidence against present accused, therefore not need to record the statement of accused under section 342 Cr.PC. Final arguments heard.
