Applicant/accused Waheed @ Abdul Waheed Mashori is present on interim pre-arrest bail granted to him vide order dated 07.10.2026 by this Court. Applicant/accused and his counsel are present. ADPP for the State is present. Heard. The record has been perused. As applicant/accused has joined the investigation and has not misused the relief of interim pre-arrest bail, co-accused have also been admitted on pre-arrest bail; hence, keeping in view the circumstances, interim pre-arrest bail of applicant/accused is confirmed on enhanced surety amount with direction to be furnished immediately and with further direction that on notice he will appear before the Court, in case complainant or aggrieved persons files any application as like filed in the case of co-accused.
