Accused Zeeshan by using pistol in commission of offence in connected case, has committed offence punishable U/S 25 of Sindh Arms Act 2013, therefore he is convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C and sentenced to suffer R.I for seven years and to pay fine of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand), in case of default in payment of fine he has to suffer six months more simple imprisonment. Benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is extended to the accused. Accused is produced through video link, as he is confined in Central Prison Mirpurkhas and conviction warrants are to be sent to jail authorities for accused to serve out the sentence according to law and rules. Copy of this judgment along with receipt is also to be sent alongwith conviction warrants to be handed over/supplied to accused free of cost by Jail Authority and receipt be obtained thereof be sent back to this Court. |
