Cr.B.A No. 2255 of 2026 fixed in today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC System is taken up in open Court. All applicants/accused are present on interim pre-arrest bail extended to them vide order dated 06.10.2026 by this Court except applicant/accused Abdul Ghaffor, who has remained absent under intimation of the counsel for the applicant/accused on the ground that another crime bearing FIR No.376 of 2026 at Police Station A-Section Ghotki has been lodged against him and he is unable to attend this Court today. This is not valid ground for condonation of the absence of the applicant/accused Abdul Ghafoor, if FIR has been registered against him either he should have surrendered before the Court of law or before the police, instead of that he remained absent. Therefore, interim pre-arrest bail earlier extended to applicant/accused Abdul Ghafoor earlier extended to him vide order dated 06.10.2026 is hereby recalled. Let such intimation be made to SHO P.S concerned for information and necessary compliance in accordance with law. ADPP for the State is present. Arguments have been advanced by the counsel for the both parties and record has been perused with their assistance. Order pronounced in open Court. Interim pre-arrest bail to all applicant/accused except accused Abdul Ghafoor earlier extended to them is hereby confirmed on same terms and conditions. Accordingly, instant pre-arrest bail application under section 498 Cr.PC partly stands allowed and partly stands dismissed. Detailed order is placed on separate sheet. |
