DDPP for the State is present and filed statement that case against absconding accused is kept on dormant file till their arrest, which is taken on record at Ex. No. 5. Order passed and announced in open Court and place on record at Ex. No. 06. The case is kept in dormant file till production of accused as well as complainant and P.Ws and to start trail when ever the accused persons shall be produced by the police before Court. Issue perpetual warrant of arrest, as well as issue letter to NADRA for blockage of CNICs, against the above named accused persons. The SHO is directed to submit the fortnight report. Put off to 07.07.2026 for fortnight report and report of NADRA. Office to issue letter to SHO for submission of fortnight report and photocopy of CNICs of absconding accused then letter be issued to NADRA for blocking the CNICs of accused. |
