Criminal Bail Application is called. The applicant/accused Shoukat @ Dado @ Allahwadhayo son of Muhammad Ameen Lakho is present on interim pre-arrest bail. The DC is present and he has submitted statement along with photo copy of joining the trial, which is taken on record. The learned ADPP for the State is present. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced. Present applicant sought pre-arrest bail in terms of section 498, 498-A Cr.P.C, which is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions for legal justification that all sections are bailable, present applicant according to the learned counsel was un-aware about his nomination in FIR so as soon as he came to know he surrendred, sought ad-interim pre-arrest bail and then joined trial in the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II Ghotki, which makes case of further inquiry. Observation whatever contained in this order obviously being tentative in nature will not prejudice case of either side at the time of trial.Bail confirmed. |
