Case called.All three accused persons namely Soofan, Mahesh and Ashoke are present on bail. ADPP for the state and defence Counsel are present. Complainant and his P.Ws are present. Complainant Muhammad Hussain is examined at Exh.03. He produced FIR and Exh.03/A. PW Muhammad Ayoob is examined at Exh.04.He produced memo of place of incident, memo of arrest and memo of recovery at Exhs.04/A to 04/C. PW Girdhari is examined at Exh.05. IO/ASI Manghoo Mal is examined at Exh.06. He produced entry No.23, 32 and 08, 18 and 19, receipt handing over Goat and CRO of accused at Exh.06/A to 06/E respectively. learned ADPP for the state closed the side of prosecution evidence by filling his statement which is kept on record at Exh.07. Statements of all accused persons as required U/S: 342 Cr.P.C have been recorded at Exhs.08,09 and 10. Arguments heard from both the sides.
