SHO, P.S Andal Sundrani through Investigation Officer has submitted to separate challan sheets, one for adult accused Malhan alias Malhoo, Mahi Din, Ibrahim alias Muhammad Ibrahim all by caste Shar and an other for Junveile accused Allah Din alias Allauddin Malhan alias Malhoo. Separate orders passed on the challan sheets. As this Court has no jurisidiction of Junveile accused, therefore, reference has been made to the Honourable Distict & Sessions Judge, Ghotki, for transfer of the case of juvenile accused to he court having jurisdiction alongwith case of other accused. Order has been received. The reference has been allowed and the case has been transferred from this Court to the court of learned IInd Civil Judge and J.M, Ghotki/Juenile Court. Let the R & Ps be sent up to the learned Transferee Court. Put off to 17.09.2026 for formal. |
