Mr. Muhammad Hafeez-ur-Rehman advocate filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of applicants/accused Ameet Kumar, Kareemdad and Imdad. Order. Notice to DPP for the state, notice waived by I/C DPP with no objection and same application brought on record at Ex.8. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.9 that applicants/accused Ameet Kumar s/o Harichand Hindu, Imdad son of Lalan and Kareemdad son of Lalan, both by caste Shar, are acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. They are present on bail, their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties are discharged. The case against absconding accused be kept on dormant file till their arrest or surrender before the Court. |
