Partly heard arguments of both counsels, meanwhile with the conset of both parties commissioner is appointed to ascertain the physical possession of the suit property. Also both parties gave consent to maintain the status quo till next date of hearing for the both parties. Therefore, the Nazir/COC of this District Central is hereby appointed is commissioner in the matter who visit the suit property in presence of parties and to ascertain the physical possession over the suit property i.e. Plot No. R-6, Block/Sector 5/L, North Karachi Township, Karachi at measuring 120 sq. yards. The Nazir/COC shall submit his report in respect of inspection on or before next date of hearing. The Commissioner fee of Rs.15,000/= same is equally distributed from both parties i.e. Rs. 7,500/- each party, shall be deposited with the Nazir/COC of District Central, within 07 days from hereof.
