Matter is called, Counsel for applicant is present. Per report of raid commissioner shows that the alleged detenue namely Fareed son of Nafees was available at Police station Kh. Ajmair Nagri, Karachi, who was already arrested under section 54 Cr.P.C on 03.07.2026 at about 05:40 AM for the purpose of investigation being suspected one. The commissioner directed the SHO & investigating officer to conduct a lawful and fair interrogation of the detenue and if no incriminating material is found connecting the detenue with any offence, he shall be released forthwith and shall not be detained any longer without lawful authority. As such the case of illegal detention is not established, therefore, application in hand is disposed off accordingly. |
