Family suit called. Both parties and their counsels are present. Dowry articles were handed to the plaintiff by the defendant. At this stage learned counsel for plaintiff filed statement in which he withdrawn from the prayer clause of dowry articles. Counsel for defendant also filed statement for conducting pre-trial. Let the pre-trial be held and same was failed. Order passed and announced in open Court. Judicial Separation is hereby allowed. Instant family suit of of plaintiff is hereby disposed of accordingly. Let the decree be prepared accordingly.
