Today Criminal bail application filed by Mr.Keemat Rai Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused namely Ahmed S/o Ali by caste Halo, r/o village Kumhalo, Taluka Kaloi in crime No.17/2026, U/S 8 SPPM SS4 Gutka & mainpuri Act of P.S Kaloi. (accused presently confined in sub-jail Diplo). Order Passed on bail application. Notice to ADPP for the stat, and Police papers called. Police papers received. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court. As per Order bail is granted to the applicant/accused Ahmed subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount. One Shahid S/o Ali Muhammad Halo appeared and stood surety for accused, he produced three saving certificates each of Rs.10000/- alongwith affidavit. Order passed on Affidavit. Surety accepted, subject to verification of surety documents. Issue release writ of accused. Issue letter for mortgage of surety. |
