Case called. Accused Kishor, Dembo, and Bagoo are present on bail and accused Mohan and Sht Moomal are called present though accused Hero, Keval and Pirbhu are produced through video link by CP Hyderabad while accused Lalu has already been shown as absconder in challan sheet. ASI Ghulam Akbar of PS Shahpur has appeared and submitted report u/s 87 Cr. P.C. Statement of ASI is recorded as Ex 2. Report u/s 88 Cr. P. has also been received from the Mukhtiarkar concerned which is taken on record. Accused Lalu already shown absconder is hereby declared as PO. Since the offense in this case is exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions, hence let the R and Ps after completing legal formalities be submitted before the Honorable Court. Accused present on bail are directed to appear before the Honorable Sessions Judge, Matiari. Accused in jail are to be produced through video link on next date before the Honorable Court.
