Misc application called. The applicant Sharif, is present, along with his learned counsel, Mr. Qurban Samejo. Inspector/SHO Asghar Ali and SIP Panjo of P.S. Jhun appeared and submitted report. However, the report from Mukhtiarkar Islamkot has not been received. The respondents namely Haji, Mithan, and Muhammad Hassan, are present and voluntarily submitted an application stating that they will not fight with the applicant in the future. Learned counsel for the applicant filed a statement of withdrawal from the instant application. Order passed and announced in the open court, whereby instant application stands dismissed as withdrawn. |
