Heard applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant/accused reiterated almost same facts as mentioned in the memo of Cr. Misc. application. However; he has emphasis on the ground that the door of liberty were opened for the applicant through the bail order, but the heavy surety condition has prevented her from crossing them. He further contented that the applicant is a woman facing the criminal process without financial strength or influential support. The present application is not founded upon convenience but upon genuine helplessness and the continuing deprivation of her liberty, therefore, he has prayed to reduce the surety amount. |
