Case called. Accused Ashique Janwari and Fahad Janwri are absconders, 87 Cr.P.C issued against the accused Ashique Janwari and Fahad returned complied with such statement of process server is recorded at Ex:5, he produced 87 Cr.P.C issued by this Court, statement of two respectable persons of locality and endorsement at Ex:5/A to 5/E, the report 88 Cr.P.C of absconding accused Ashique Janwari and Fahad is also received from Mukhtarkar Mehar which is ordered to be kept on record. The accused Ashique and Fahad are hereby declared as proclaimed offenders, while accused Sahil and Fayaz have already declared as proclaimed offender. The case against the P.O accused Ashique Janwari, Fahad, Sahil and Fahad is kept on dormant file till their arrest or otherwise. Call progress report of accused persons from concerned SHO on quarterly basis. The surety proceedings against the surety of accused be continued. Issue notice to surety of accused persons.
