Criminal Bail application is received from the court of honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki. The ADPP for the State and DC are present. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced. The present applicant through the learned counsel sought post arrest bail in terms of section 497 Cr.P.C, which is hereby gratned subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/ and P.R bond in the equaivalent amount for legal justification that per file in hand present applicant???s wife Sana Saif got filed an application U/S 491 Cr.P.C alleging therein about her husband???s illegal arrest by police on 22-8-2026 in the court of the learned First Additional Sessions Judge Mirpur Mathelo whereas FIR shows his alleged arrest and recovery on 01-9-2026 several days after his illegal arrest by police as detailed in application submitted by her wife, final report has been submitted, all P.Ws are police officials so there is no possibility of tempering with prosecution evidence, trial of the alleged offence might take a long time so further detention of accused inside prison will not serve any purpose and case against him has become of further inquiry entitling him to concession of post arrest bail in terms of section 497 (2) Cr.P.C. |
