Work is suspended due to the strike of the District Bar Association, Matiari. Case called. Accused Fareed is called absent, while accused Riaz and Mst. Safia are called absent, both accused were absconding since date of challan. ADPP is present. NBW against accused is returned unexecuted. Statement of Process server is recorded at Ex.1.
