Received bail application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge, Ghotki for disposal according to law, which is taken up today. The applicants/accused (1) Allahdad (2) Saindad sons of Abdul Ghani and (3) Khadim son of Qabool Hussain Shaikh appeared along with their counsel. Arguments heard. Record perused. Without touching the merits and de-merits of the case, ad-interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicants/accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/ (thirty thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. Applicants/accused are directed to join investigation/trial. Deponent Abdul Ghani son of Qabool by caste Shaikh by caste Panhyar resident of village Shaikh Mohalla, Rehmoowali, Taluka & District Ghotki appeared and he has submitted affidavit along with original Special Saving Certificates (specifically mentioned in the report of the Accountant) and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/ each and P.R bond in the like amount.
