Received bail application under section 498 A Cr.P.C from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicant Imam Bux son of Moula Bux Shaikh appeared along with his counsel. The learned ADPP for the State is also present. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced. Consequently I am of firm view that applicant failed to make out the case for pre-arrest bail thus bail application in hand stands dismissed being meritless, which results in re-calling of his interim pre-arrest bail order. Bail bond cancelled and surety discharged. Let such intimation be communicated to SHO concerned and the learned trial court. |
